Heather Miller is a dedicated human services leader with more than 10 years of experience advancing programs that support children, youth, families, and communities across Illinois. Her background spans child welfare, behavioral health, education, and community-based services, with expertise in trauma-informed care, program development, and leadership.
Throughout her career, Heather has led multidisciplinary teams, managed grant-funded initiatives, strengthened community partnerships, and implemented programs that improve outcomes for children and families. She is passionate about building strong systems of support, empowering teams, and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.
Heather holds master's degrees in Human Services and Emergency Management and brings a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to every role she serves. She is committed to fostering resilience, promoting equity, and helping organizations make a lasting impact.
