With over a decade of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and five years supporting victims of domestic violence through court advocacy and crisis management, she brings a unique blend of analytical insight and human-centered leadership to compliance roles.
Kala holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Springfield. She is known for her strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and commitment to upholding ethical and regulatory standards across complex organizational environments.
