Mackenzie Considine
Chief Compliance Officer
Mackenzie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from MacMurray College. She began her professional career as a Foster Care Case Manager at Rutledge Youth Foundation. She continued her career in casework with adults at Memorial Behavioral Health as a Community Recovery Specialist. Mackenzie then joined ICCS in 2019 as a Field Representative. In 2021, she became Field Supervisor, and then in 2024, became Chief Compliance Officer. To advance her education, Mackenzie is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Illinois at Springfield. Mackenzie ensures that the organization strives to reach its highest potential each year, while making sure we all have fun at the same time!
