It's just our opinion, but we think Garry is the best Chief Financial Officer ICCS has ever had. Wait! This is a fact. Garry brings a strong pedigree to the table. He is an expert at coordinating all financial functions for ICCS. Well organized and meticulous, Garry handles all of the agency’s fiscal reporting and expenditures. He is able to navigate around the many complexities associated with financial procedures and legal standards of current reporting records. Garry has brought ICCS into the modern day world of GAAP. Gone are the days of ticker tape and giant calculators! Garry is keenly aware of the latest trends and methodologies that allow him to stay fully functional and keep our agency running at it's best. It’s no small task and we’re glad that Garry is here to keep it all intact!
